And how you work with them, do they give you freight or yo give them freight?We have been working with Galaxy for years. Never an issue. Perhaps some proof should be added to those comments?

they have always brokered off any US portion of the load. They do not run US but will book freight and sell the US- to their dock portion and then put on their equipment for furtherance east or west. The part about the border etc. I do not think they even have cross border guys think they broker everything back to their dock in Mississauga then on the train it goes.Anyone else having problems with Galaxy's team? I always protected them in the past, but now...
In the last few months we have experience multiple issues, including lying about going by road when they're actually going by rail (still charging road rates until we catch them).. holding on to Freight in their yard for almost a week that's time sensitive and lying about crossing the border with it days earlier when it hadn't actually crossed.. damaging freight in their care them blaming everyone but themselves!? These are all separate incidents in a unfortunately short period of time.
Galaxy freightline has been added to our do not use list for now as we try to navigate these multiple issues..
Just wondering and looking for feedback from other people if they have had the same issues and what they're doing about it?
