anyone else use them?

Hired to load in OH on Friday, delivery for Monday in QC.

All good on loading and updates until I'm looking for delivery confirmation. Told it was behind but receiver was 24 and they would be up to deliver late afternoon perfect. Didn't get times but told next morning all went well and delivered. Get invoice and POD with Tuesdays date, emailed, called, left messages for explanation and get nothing.................so now DNU
 
Our asset side had empties for use, GTA to the Maritimes. Our staff didn't monitor them to ensure that they dropped them in our yard, so two weeks later, we had to ask why it was in Wisconsin. They blamed their client for loading it to the wrong location. A week later, it was finally dropped in Moncton.
 
Wow, that does not sound like a great scenario... think I'll hunt for another provider. lol Appreciate the update Shakey!

THIS CARRIER HAS BEEN USING OUR TRAILER FOR AN EXCESSIVE PERIOD OF TIME. THEY HAVE REPEATEDLY CHANGED THE DELIVERY LOCATION AT THEIR CONVENIENCE AND WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. THEY'VE POSTPONED THE DROP DATE ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS.

We work with Dream Big all the time, I work with Kalvin he answer his calls all the time we never had any issue with load delivery or POD
 
looks like we got a double brokered load from them. too late now since its delvered- anyone know if they pay?
 
The rate confirmation that we received have logo for Dream Big transportation but billed party is Dream Big and & Co. upon searching Dream Big & co. is DBA name for NS trucking. I dont understand how they are related??

Nevermind i see, thats their brokerage unit.
