I can't believe the complete lack of communication and urgency!!!
The first drop was scheduled for the morning, just as we discussed—yet there I was watching the clock tick away. The first drop finished around 10 AM, but then silence. Call after call, email after email—it was like shouting into a void. At 1 PM, I find out they’re still 75 miles away! By 2 PM, they’re tangled in some ridiculous log book issue. It’s infuriating. By 3:30, they want to delay the delivery until tomorrow! Staff had to stay late, and another truck was idling, waiting to deliver elsewhere. I asked for help with the rate, but they couldn't care less. The reviews truly speak for themselves—it’s unacceptable!
