They are fraud and will not pay you. We have $2500 USD invoice pending. They will even promise quick pay and never answer to calls and emails again. Dispatcher- Paul
 
Some more information would be nice. MC number, contact information, address, phone numbers, website.

All this is important to ensure we are looking at the same company and helps when doing searches.

Put a claim against their bond. They'll pay it or their bond will pay it. They are a company just over a month old so the bonding company would not like to hear about this.

Surety Denied claim. I am following back as the goods originated in US. But I am confused based on the explanation provided. We moved freight from US- Canada-does this not fall under (1)(E)?

Ah, you found a surety who is utilizing a loophole which these freight brokers must've caught on to. If the freight originated in Canada then you are SOL. These freight brokers are trying to get freight originating from Canada and double broker it - knowing it will have no adverse effect if they don't pay.

This is what they said- "That is correct and any load that crosses the border is not covered under the bond."

I would file to FMCSA but that wont help much.
 
I hauled for Apollo Freight, they didn’t pay me either, they owe me over $12000 USD. Not answering there calls or replying to messages. Tried going after there bond which is expiring in Aug 2024. Their insurance company replied “there bond will only pay if freight was picked up in US and delivered in US”.

BEWARE OF SCAMMERS!!!!

12k is a significant amount.

Was it all the same lane? Would be calling up the shippers and receivers immediately to figure out who owns the goods.
