Give him a call. Sure he would love to hear from you.Maybe he is Korean... Kim is a last name in that country.
Gee some of us where born with two first names. Myself all three of my names ( first middle and surname) are interchangeable as they can all be first or last names. I am a red flag though. I am sure lots of folks have a red flag beside my name saying great carrier hates bullshit.MC1616814 and Yes first two names are usually a red flag lol. Address they have is a rental agency in Austin and the Person on the W-9 does not own a trucking company.
I didn't realize you suffered from this 'all first names' affliction...Gee some of us where born with two first names. also this creampie - lost his mind when I said I don't broker loads to gmail acctsWould you mind adding in some more detail? MC# would be great, also what did David do? I'm usually leery of people with two first names, just saying.
Keep well,
Mike

I talked with the real Seth Houdeshell and he must not be able to do anything about these guys using his name. Same with Sarah at Progressive they don't seem to care that they have fraudulent trucking outfits as customers Sarah 440-620-3564MC1616814 USDOT 4194096

So you took a load from a broker that took a load from another broker ( Transnexa) with expiring insurance and you are mad because you got scammed?I just got scammed by this c*nt
David aka Leo got a load coming out of Florida from a well know Canadian carrier/broker. Had it tendered to my company through a brokerage that may or may not be his (Transnexa solutions) also based out of texas. i got in touch with the original broker of the load, it was originally $2700 cdn, tendered it to us for $2900 usd which obviously we’re not going to get paid. Original broker needed the load moved quick, which is the only reason he gave this guy the load and also wired him the money right after delivery, which was a condition set by leo.
Called this guy this morning hung up on me and blocked my number.
Active as in how ? Let me guess progressive is the Insurance provider ? Did you ask for a COI with you as policy holder and then verified it with progressive that they requested it ? So this is a load from a broker to another broker then to you? When we booked the load insurance was active. In fact it was active the day before yesterday when I filed against their bond.
since when do carriers ask brokers for COI's? if you have how many have provided you with one?Did you ask for a COI with you as policy holder and then verified it with progressive that they requested it ?
reach out to the original broker, if they don't want to help, time to call the shipper/consignee and make some noise.I just got scammed by this c*nt
