I was looking to see if anybody has used them to move loads?

I see they only got brokerage authority not that long ago.

United Dhillon is unreliable and will not give you truthful updates. Held load hostage and tried to back solicit my customer. They are DNU to the moon. Run far, far away.

We booked a load with them and they told us that the truck was at a service station and the delivery would be delayed. This was a very time sensitive shipment that they agreed the pickup and delivery dates would work.

We called the mechanic shop that they told the truck was at, and the mechanic had never heard of them and the truck was not there. They ghosted us for 2 days and did not pickup our calls or answer emails.

Long story short, the load delivered 6 days late, we lost a a client, and got hammered with fees.

They are DNU 1000%. Stay far, far away.
