Attn: Freight Brokers:
Please be aware of using VBA SPADE or GAGAN Express out to Calgary Alberta. We did quote a few shipments with them but we came to know few months after that they outsourced the shipments to other carriers and didn't pay those carriers. Now, we are chasing them for the money for the double brokered load NOT PAID to the carrier.
We should discourage using these companies for any shipment as it would be a big trouble. We are tying to contact them but Gagan and Jas are not responding to their emails and phone calls.

We can provide all supporting documents to review.
We are going to reach freight broker association ( The National Transportation Brokers Association (NTBA) and others) and will start writing blogs ( insidetransportation.com and other communication media to spread the word.

Please reach out to us for further details and avoid using VPA SPADE or GAGAN Express for any shipment.

Do you know who the shipper and receiver are ??
 
It is costco shipment
Shipper - Agritel Bueasjour MB
Receiver : Costco
We have complete record of paperwork, they double broker to Transwest and didn;t pay the invoices

If you utilized LoadLink to acquire this company, and if they are still members on LoadLink, I would write your complaint to LoadLink. LoadLink have been taking a more active role in investigating some of these guys.

include stallion transport, brokered a load to them think it was brokered 3 more times . The final carrier was paid 900 more than we sold to First carrier , stallion . Everybody MIA now . And we are going to have to pay the real carrier by the sounds off it.. rough times lots of scammers in this business , sad to say

Send your details to LoadLink for investigation if you utilized LoadLink to match up for this load.

Absolutely terrible. I got scammed my first time in April and I have not trucked the same since. I had them removed from Loadlink.
 
The number of companies showing Saddlecreek Road as their home base has to be some sort of conspiracy? Like a bunch of scammers all live there together, or someone owns multiple properties. Wild.

Loadlink will not do anything about this. It is a waste of time to file a complaint. You can report double brokering, but if they have paid their bill with Loadlink...that is all Loadlink is interested in. I have been fighting for six months from a load that we haven't gotten paid because it was double brokered. The original broker won't pay us as they paid the the Carrier they booked the load with. We got the load off of Loadlink. You can try and I sure hope you have success and would love to know the outcome! Good luck!

I have advised LoadLink about a double broker and provided them with ample proof. There was a phone call the next day resolving the issue from the double broker. Loadlink has upped their game in these matters.

It doesn't hurt to send the email their way and let them know of how their product is being utilized and how it affects you. If you have time to post it here, you have time to send the email.

It's just one more step that you can do that might tip the scale in your favor.
