Shergill and Sons Edmonton - Updated

I want to make it clear this is NOT Shergill from Surrey, we’ve had nothing but great service from them. This is Shergill and Sons out of Edmonton.

They double brokered a load to MOH, who is on our DNU list. The list seems to be fat and flourishing these days.

Thanks for the heads up, just out of curiosity, what did MOH do to end up on the naughty list? we have used them a couple of times on open deck and the service was ok not amazing but not the worst I've seen.

No problem doing it on this thread. We booked them for a full load, and told them how to load it… it was one of those loads that needed a good driver but we’ve done them lots and knew how to fit everything on a truck. They didn’t follow instructions and after they left told us they couldn’t fit everything. Wouldn’t go back or send another truck for leftover freight. The time before this they cancelled 3 trucks on a crane load out the evening before a load.

They used to be good but went downhill the past few years. Zero accountability to make things right I’ve found, so we just don’t deal with them anymore.

Yeah that's kind of our experience with them, I wouldn't put them on anything that needs extra attention or steps and definitely not on something critical
 
Hey there, just an update on this one because there’s no way to delete the thread - after a significant amount of investigation and a change of story by Ray at Moh, it does appear like they just used Moh to help with a broke down unit. Ray initially said that wasn’t the case but Harry Shergill has been up front and we’ll give him another chance.
 
This racist, all caps crap has to stop. I don’t care what colour, race, ethnicity, height, weight, hair colour or any other distinguishing feature you want to use, it isn’t right. Crooks know no borders or race. If you have an example of bad service, bad payment experience, whatever, describe it in detail without the racist, discriminatory comments. They do nothing to enhance your argument. In fact, they portray you as…….a jackass. grow up!

Can you please provide the MC numbers for Shergill & Sons as well as MOH.
