This is Great that they are growing but they should clean there behind payments before they grow

The letter was dated Jan 2024 and so much has changed in the industry since then. If the bank has partnered with them in January to support their cash flow they should have everything caught up. Maybe you should have a phone conversation with Brad Barges to follow up.
Sounds like they have kept their word then. 41 days - not amazing but not horrible......
