Verified the business address assigned to this carrier as it is noted in Link. They give 6 Boulevard Desaulnier , Suite 401.
Since they are listed as a Carrier you would expect some form of space needed for tractors & Trailers. This address is an old office building in Downtown St Lambert, an expensive suburb of Montreal.
There is nothing listed under that suite in the entrance lobby , and the name on the door of Suite 401 is HUGWILL Inc, not RTS or Road Transport Solutions.
How did carriers communicate with this company, was it only via phone and fax , or did any of you mail them documentation, ie: invoices with bills of lading.
If you did so, someone had to collect the mail.
You can look up the owners of HUGWILL in the registre des Entreprises du Quebec and find out who the directors of that company are and communicate with them.
 
The owner of Hugwill is listed as Anthony Wilson - they are a grocer - involved in wholesale items since 1993. Own their unit also.

The phone# is listed as 450-671-2227 - fax is 450-671-9042

I did some loads for RTS (Road Transportation Solution) in september they did not pay me yet amount of 16000.00$ :mad:

i did check the phone number and you wrong it's hair dresser with different adress .
 
TRP - the information I posted came directly from their Dun & Bradstreet report. I have checked it again - still showing the phone numbers I posted although this time credit information is not available. Which usually means the company has moved and/or closed. Which is probably the case since my original posting was nearly a month ago....

that's ok if he think he can get away whit this and go bankruptcy , i got some news for him i will get him for intend to defraud,
 
Same as D.G. Transport ( maybe they're the same people )
They took a load from us, from CA to BC and I happened to discover that they give it to SGT2000 for more then we were giving them. I called SGT directly and delt with them ( good friends of mine ) I then sent a revised load tender with CANCEL on it. I then called them back a coupld of time so I can speak to them directly, and it was a Hair salon as well. Glad I caught them before anything serious happened !
