I work for one of large oil co's on the Fleet/Retail card side so i know which companies have gone under, disapperaed etc

If you know that a company is actually bankrupt, then you should know who the company is that is representing them. If you can provide that usually there is a website with all the pertinent information which will prove the status and you won't have to be worried about getting fired.

AH Gary Transport is still operating in some capacity. On the FMCSA you will see that they are still active and has had an updated insurance policy as of January 2024. You will not get this if you have proclaimed banruptcy.
