KING AIR TRANSPORTATION

Carrier requested quickpay, got paid in full and then attempted to back-solicit customer.
you guys told us that you will pay within 48hrs with 5% quick pay deduction. but never deposited the funds for more then a week and never sent any remittance showing when the funds will be actually deposited.
we sent multiple emails requesting payment and remittance. you guys only paid after we requested the shipper to help us get paid. we even emailed multiple times saying we would have to reach out to shipper/receiver for payment help if we won't get paid. we have all the email proofs.

Attempts at back solicitation don't amount to anything unless they're successful. I wouldn't worry about it.. if they need quick pay they'll likely not be happy with the shipper's terms... most pay in 30+ days with no quick pay option. Having said that, though, one should always honor agreed to payment terms.. If you agreed to 48 hours for 5% then that's would should have happened. Anything longer than that is bound to invite problems.
