Anyone else trying to get paid from these people? We did a load back in Aug of 23, Costco load it looks like, maybe double brokered and never got paid. No reply from e-mails and they do not respond by phone.

They are still active on Load Link, filed a complaint with them, and their authorities are still active so I would suggest if anyone else did not get paid to file a complaint with load link, once they get 3 they are forced to take action.

Sure if you want but nothing you can do but take them to court and file a complaint with Costco. Is probably double brokered. Check on the custom invoice and see who the carrier is.

If you still have not been paid, you will be out of time soon to proceed through court (August 2025). Send me a PM if you'd like to discuss your options
 
The New Goodwill has filed for Bankruptcy or at least Mr. Gill has. I need one trailer if anyone know where it is? It is a 2005 Wabash Tandem with VIN ending in 922062. The trailer has been reported as stolen.
