The govt won't do anything, have to take it in your own hands and gotta do your due diligence, check DAT reviews, check MC, etc

We have not received any debts on them yet but their Bond is up for cancellation so its only a matter of time. They started in November and already up for cancellation, so they are definitely not paying carriers.

Last week, we tendered a load to Bm Express LLC (MC 1174451) for an open deck load FL-AB. No issues on pickup.
Yesterday, my customer reached out to me saying carrier Jace Trucklines (MC 825167) wrote them a long email regarding the same shipment number we tendered to BM Express, saying they were tendered a load from Power Pivot and they realized they weren't going to be paid by them, so they went to the customer direct before delivery to collect payment.
We use Jace often, they're a decent carrier for us. When we realized that my shipment was triple brokered to Jace (I tendered to BM Express, they tendered to Power Pivot, Power Pivot tendered to Jace), we were able to deal with it ourselves.

Steer clear of BM Express - dispatcher details below

WE GAVE BM EXPRESS MC1174451A NJ-FL LOAD. BM EXPRESS TRIPLE BROKERED THIS NJ-FL LOAD WITH BROKERAGE SANSARA LOGISTICS, WHO THEN DOUBLE BROKERED OUR LOAD TO THE DELIVERING CARRIER. BM EXPRESS ARE NOW REFUSING TO COOPERATE WITH US IN RESOLVING THIS MANNER.

Tons of US brokers claiming this as well, another name other than BM popped up Sansara. see report.

Yikes, but this raises another question, how the hell did this company pass your vetting process as a BROKER? We caught them in our process as a carrier, how did you even get to tendering them your customer's freight?

BM Express is authorized for property, 10 units on record (granted with very low mileage). We tendered them the load originally, we were in a pinch and they had an option available. At the time it was the only option so we took it.
BM Express then brokered to Power Pivot, Power Pivot then brokered to Jace

We didn't even know Jace had the load until our customer reached out to us and said wtf is this, take care of this please. We told Jace we would deal with them directly, sent them a tender, and they're on site for delivery right now.

Glad you came to a quick and painless resolution, I'm sure it wont be same for many other victims.

First thing when you search up the carrier, address is also an abandoned gas station

Hello good people,

I was scammed by PowerPivot Transports too. I carried a load for them from Seattle, WA to Miami, FL and after the delivery, the broker stopped replying my emails. Im filing a claim against this broker, but the insurance company doesn't want to approve my claim because I don't have PowerPivot's accounting department email. Does anybody have this information or any email address related to them? I only have this one. Timothy@powerprivot.com. I would really appreciate your help.

They probably already shutdown and gone too far, you need to chase real people like Shipper and Receiver or third party broker !

Hm, usually ratecon shows where to send an invoice. If there is no indication about particular accounting e-mail , than they don't have it.

Hi Dudes. I've been scammed as well.

I sent my invoice to invoicespowerpivot@gmail.com , so probably you can use this as their AP email...

Not a day goes by that someone doesn't try to scam/double broker one of my loads. I notice that my cheap loads are left alone by the scammers... not enough meat on the bones to bother with I guess.
