Has anyone had experience with this company, good or bad?

We were approached by The Royal Sterling to book a shipment today, they are on loadlink with a valid account. They presented us with a WSIB certificate that had been altered(it belonged to an unrelated drywall company). Luckily our vetting process caught it when we ran the certificate number on the WSIB website and found the original. When questioned the dispatcher "Jay" played dumb about it. Can't seem to find them on Safer and they do not have a website, we can find. Reported the issue to loadlink but wanted to give a heads up here as well, something seems fishy with them.

As for your WSIB issue I can't comment on, but picks and drops in the GTA area, they are really good to deal with.

@Fattyfirst ... no valid WSIB isn't an issue, until it is. Can be very costly to your company.

They call on every local GTA / southern Ontario move, any feedback on service and if they use their own equipment?

As per our call, they are doing a ltl for us and our customer confirmed it was there truck who was loaded.
