Yeah, we tend to wear the blackeye for our clients in the marketplace. Everyone here is obviously on a mission to be a bully against someone who was trying to expand his business while helping others recover the money owed to them. All good. I'll continue on. It's hard to be mad when you make over 100k per week. Keep hating I'll keep raking in these millions. I'm loved by my clients and we are successful in real life.

I suggest in the future, "know your audience" and use the proper channel to advocate your "Sales" pitch.

My audience is everyone who has money owed to them. My services are not needed here and I'm good with that. Your lack of respect for another man's work and your failure to recognize my intention when entering this chat tells me everything that I need to know about this place. Like I said, best of luck to you. I won't lower my vibration and let you steal my energy. Take care.

It's not worth the effort; it's gone way over his head, too busy pumping his ego…….If you have to say how great you are and flash your cash……..

But hey it's slow in Feb thanks for the play we enjoyed the sideshow

Nothing went over my head. Go back and read the posts. I already agreed from the beginning to go through the recommended channels. I won't just sit back and be disrespected either. It's not about inflating my ego but rather setting the record straight. You're just mad because I'm not scared of you. It's slow in Feb for you. My phone rang 100 times this morning and it's not even 12pm. Just stop you're embarrassing yourself and your profile picture tells me everything about who you are. P****.

Not gonna lie, I think you're probably good at the job you do. I mean I don't even owe you money and I already want you to leave us alone at any cost.

Tough crowd here - don't take it personally. Some good tips behind the chirps.
officially burst out laughing at this one.

FYI all - if you were scammed by the Ukon Transport/X-Line, contact GIS at the RCMP in Regina (or the RCMP nearest you). Don't trust Poonam (aka Reema), Prithipal (Pal) or Davinder - they're all part of the same family and are involved in the same scam.

Do you expect the RCMP to do anything?

It is very hard to prove fraud and it is not against the law to be incompetent in running a business.

It was/is far more than incompetence. I won't comment on what the RCMP have or don't have already but if those who were defrauded want to come forward with their evidence/experience, they should.

Let me clarify, I know this is fraud and not incompetence. Scammers will not admit to committing fraud and will claim a downturn in the economy, tough market conditions, customer refused to pay, can't pay their bills, pick a reason ....

Companies get in financial trouble and shut down without paying vendors, this is not necessarily fraudulent activity just bad business decisions.

That is why I said it is not against the law to be incompetent in business.

The RCMP will not understand double brokering and at best will tell you it is a civil matter.

Again, not going to comment on what the RCMP know or don't know in this case, but there are GIS investigators there that know double brokering very well.

Sorry Guys - I missed this whole thread. Everyone here should know that in Ontario, we have legislation "Collection and Debt Settlement Services Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. C.14".

To summarize, you must be incorporated federally or provincially to carry on business as a debt collector/ collection agency, in this province. You are also required to post a $25,000 bond. There are some exceptions to the requirement to be licensed.

Some US based collection agencies try to circumvent the law by "taking an assignment" of the debt.
