Update
They completed a load for us this morning without any issues. Updates were provided without us asking and POD sent over within 30 minutes of delivery. The shipper was local so I stopped in as they were loading yesterday. The equipment is newer and in good shape. I lined them up on a couple loads for next week I will let everybody should we have any issues.

Glad it worked out for you! Kudos for doing a visit when loading locally, i thought I was the only nosey one that does that LOL

Bought the dip and the dip dipped and said it couldn't make pickup.

Maybe the door came off again eh? At least they didn't send the driver for pickup without the door, too cold out there.
