Cheap Freight of the day

That has to be a typo. Shouldn’t it read $440.00? I mean, no one should even start their truck for that amount, let alone drive it anywhere!

We all know its not a typo unfortunately, and probably a shunt between locations, storage warehouses for empty pellet boxes of that contained apples. the postal code isn't correct either lol. doubtful its even toronto... probably some apple farms near Norval area, or in King City area. Either way TQL is dreaming with a rate like that.

Would be nice if brokers provided accurate info, when trying to low ball, nothing worse that a low ball with all incorrect info... seems like the norm for TQL these days for Ontario loads.

One could also argue that purposely providing inaccurate info is in a way, itself to low ball a carrier. Leaving out some information that could result in a change in price.

For instance, having to drop a trailer at a receiver for an amount of time. Landstar is notorious for this.

I usually call on these just to shoot the sh*t with them, but realized the LD mins would probably cost more LOL. That being said knowing its TQL I'm not surprised by anything at this point when I see their posts.

It's a great place to work, if you're a bottom feeder. We are seeing more and more Canadian firms adopting the three-letter US company approach for hiring, You are seeing more and more young guys getting put through the gauntlet and don't know the difference between their a** and a hole in the ground.
