Anyone know if these guys are still in business paying their bills? We are getting the silent treatment for our $4k invoice.
 
Maybe call their head office but I think you're not sitting in a great spot. They have not had an US inspection on SMS since July 2023 and there were some consistent inspections before then. Their google reviews for the last few months have mostly been negative and those that post positive always post five stars which usually means a paid google review.

Had a rep go by their office today to collect payment. Owner said he's out of money. Can't pay his owner operators either. 2 of them there at the same time trying to get collected for $18k. I heard a truck sales outfit repossessed their trucks in the last 7 months. Owner was telling us to come back in January, they will probably be gone at that point.

Put them on your DNU list!

FYI looks like as of 12/06/23 they were still booking cross border loads under their carrier code AUGC - but actual carrier name is different? Don't know how that works...

yup, gone... we bought a few of their trailers at the auction a few months ago. They have more trailers at auction right now too
 
I don't know where that snippet comes from but SCAC-AUGC is Autologic Transport Inc.
Falcon Prime Logistics (2535144 ONTARIO INC) USDOT 3763356 is a carrier based out of Milton, ON. Maybe they are taking some of the previous business from Autologic.
If this is under US Customs, it won't be long that AUGC will be discontinued to be used as a SCAC on a trip. I think these get updated every beginning of the month or if the officer sees that the name doesn't match the system.
You can also use any SCAC code as a carrier identifier but then you will need a letter from that company allowing the use - something I'm sure Autologic would gladly supply.
 
I was looking up an older shipment they did for us (USA bound) on the customs broker's website using their SCAC and noticed there were a few recent ones. When I clicked on one of them (screenshot above) it showed their SCAC and Falcon Prime as the carrier.
