Dispatcher is Jimmy. Emails on every posting. Anyone ever use them?
Phone # 905-861-9300 comes back as Khalsa Travel in Google.
transwwlogistics.com doesn't even have a website.
Thanks

2 transport companies at same residential address.....if anyone is asking if they're related I'm going to go ahead and say DUH :p

Can anyone validate if these guys are just A&A in Pickering?
We gave a load to Trans Worldwide. They admitted to double brokering to A&A Transportation, who is now holding our load ransom. Of course Jimmy@Trans Worldwide claims they have no relationship, but this seems an incredible coincidence to me that others on this forum suspect a relationship exists.

This must be Trans commercial. Same broker who AA did a load for and didn't get paid a single dime?
$7700 all held because it was the middle of winter and the shipment was delayed?

EVERYONE needs help covering from time to time. We love to stamp it as DOUBLE BROKERING because everyone HATES double brokering even though its not illegal.

I worked for AA and we worked with Worldwide also. Because people work with each other, its automatically assumed they are the same? lol

This forum used to be useful in alot of ways but people are now just making assumptions and having a laugh.

“Everyone needs help covering from time to time”. I suppose so, as long as everyone knows what’s taking place, complete transparency. The guy that makes that final decision is whoever origInally gave you the freight….absolutely no one else! Don’t try and portray double brokering as some sort of compassionate act of kindness, it isn’t. It is at best, a desperate, secret attempt to correct a service failure on your part, or at worst an unethical, deliberate action to knowingly defraud an unsuspecting broker, shipper or carrier.

Oh whatever man. Everyone on here loves to back the people they know. You completely missed touching on the point where we got shafted for $7700 for the delivery we did.

An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind. If you didn't get paid by the DB its a golden opportunity to approach the original broker for payment. If they are being uncooperative, you have another golden opportunity to approach the shipper or consignee for payment, and legally through the BOL ACT you will be paid. There are options available to you before ever having to resort to holding freight "Ransome". And truthfully holding the freight costs more than exploring the other avenues in the long run. Out of the 4 times this has happened to us we'ev either gotten paid or gained a new customer in the process.

Yes, i know the procedure. Try calling a small shipper or receiver for payment. I will give you half the money if you can recover it.

They are masters are deflection. Even some of the bigger shippers and receiver don't care anymore.

I was double brokered a load for a HUGE company in BC. I told them it was double brokered and they did not care ONE bit as they had paid the other guy already.

U haul is another one. Please tell me how to reach out to them directly for payment as i have spent months trying to do that. I have all the emails and numbers i need. Still nothing.

"There are options available to you before ever having to resort to holding freight "Ransome". And truthfully holding the freight costs more than exploring the other avenues in the long run." I agree with you 100 percent but; desperate times call for desperate measures.

We are all ignoring the fact that we CANNOT ruin a company's reputation based on assumptions and personal grudges. I worked for AA and i worked with Transworld while there. Now their name is being smeared on here. Poor guys probably don't even know what's happening.

As I carrier I empathize but again, here in Ontario a small courts filing with a lawyer costs $150 to $300 bucks.. Which if the settlement goes your way can be included in the compensation + Lawyer fees. Anything under a couple grand that's taking too long for a response goes straight to the lawyer. Fortunately we haven't had to use their services ever but that's the approach I'd take first before anything else. TBH anytime a suit is filed and mailed out, the payments are issued within a week.

Here's a good resource for your reference:

Companies tend to ruin their own reputation. You think a random company name gets picked out of a hat on here and everyone gets to talk shit about them? Or, and hear me out now, do people just happen to have consistently terrible experiences with some companies and comment on it?

And A & A are aware as when I approached them about double brokering and the multiple addresses and no website for such a large company and no payments. They just said
I see; you're getting your info from Inside transport which is full of the same 6-7 people commenting on every post.
No worries though, we have nothing to hide. 6 months later they pop back up HMMM

I have no reason to defend AA anymore man. I worked with all honesty when i worked for them and i dont know what the issue is there right now. I'm telling everyone to let me know what they need and i can most likely help. All I'm saying is at least do your due diligence before we start agreeing blindly because a few things align with each other.

^^ someone from Paige Logistics? I wasn't wrong was i? It is the same group of people who are on this forum. This thread isn't even about AA. Its about another company being accused of being affiliated with AA. But people saw AA and came running
