They are taking loads from trucking companies and brokers, and double brokering to anyone who doesn't check their credit or information. Why trucking companies are brokering their loads to other carriers is already a stupid thing to do...

Xline Freight Line Solutions is now flagged by Loadlink and they have screwed over GMR Logistics/ Ukon Transport/ READY-GO TRANSPORT INC/UPPER ACE LOGISTICS LTD. ... That we know of so far.. They don't pay anyone..

They are also using 3 fake References..
Bright Star Transport 306-527-7639
Avon Transport Ltd 306-527-9056
Rigid Freight Ltd dispatchrigidfreight@gmail.com

You can also see from the phone numbers that these numbers must have been purchased at the same time.. Way too close together in sequence to be a coincidence..

Spoken like a carrier that lives and dies off the load link. Sorry Sir or maam but some carriers have direct customers and our customers set the dates. If i do not have the power to do the load then I get one of you live and die load link guys to haul it ? What should I do with direct customer freight I cannot handle other than sell the load to another carrier? I really do not want to be stupid so i will ask and expert on how not to appear that way.

This is what came to my mind. Should the carrier "co-broker" it to the competition (another broker)?

FYI: I am not a carrier or broker.. I am Shipper/Manufacturer with over a decade of experience, and someone who ships up to 250 Loads a month and have great relationships with my carriers and drivers.

And What I am saying, one sec..

If a carrier takes a load from a broker or shipper, and can't cover it with their own assets, why take the chance of giving it to another broker or trucking company and risking your own insurance for another company to mess it up. Why not just apologize and give it back to the broker or shipper to cover with an apology? Using words like, "Sorry, I can't cover it, please find someone else for this one, and I will make it up to you on another load".

And in this case, the trucking company who took the load from a broker, then gave it to a fake trucking company/"fake" broker, could have just checked the broker's information with their factoring company, or credit check the company, and see the red flags that for example, Xline doesn't have a website, and their business address is different then their "corporate address" and both locations are blurred out to hide their real identity.. They almost deserve not to be paid in this scenario since they just take loads without checking who they are taking them from?

Please note that Xline was not on Loadlink as per Loadlink's email to my carrier friend. Xline is actually using another identity who is not known yet feeding Xline information about postings on Loadlink..

Ukon Transport was one of the companies giving loads to Xline I was told.. Maybe they were feeding info to Xline?

All comes back right to you or whoever you have looking after selling your loads. You as the shipper need to vet your carriers and or broker better. Sounds to me like you went lowest priced option and got your ass bit in the end. Lots of reputable carriers out there that will broker a load if they have too but broker it too another reputable company. Good Luck I do believe it may end of costing you double on lots of these loads.

Yes, occasionally have to sell a load to another carrier that we trust in order to keep our customers serviced. We definitely choose a carrier who will complete the task, rather than a carrier who will do it the cheapest. Also do not feel or see the need to pass it off to a freight broker to handle for us.
