Is anyone else having trouble collecting from Mode? We have invoices over 100 days and the promised to pay last week, they don’t respond to emails or phone calls. I reported them to complaints@loadlogi.com but they need two more complaints to shut them down. Anyone out there waiting for Mode to pay them? Now would be the time to collect. ☺️
 
Who are you contacting there? We have never had any issues with payment and when we left our factoring company they were very responsive in the process of switching out.

We have always been paid well by Mode, but we are having an issue as we speak. The invoice is over 50 days old, they are communicating but find it strange that someone else is all of a sudden having issues.

Hope it is nothing, I will update as soon as it is sorted out.

That doesn't make sense. Has to be more to this story than you are letting on.
I know it doesn’t make sense, but the worst part is there’s almost no communication from Mode. We ask them for payment every day for the November invoice and They promised to pay last Wednesday but they haven’t paid yet. All our other invoices reached 100 days, there’s no claim or excuse not to pay. Be wary of Mode, I will update this post daily as we wait for payment.

If other carriers are having trouble getting paid too, beware booking with them.

We have been advised by an A/P Supervisor at Mode that this payment has been released for payment. Looks like an internal error on their part at this point.

Michael, we cant even get a response from them. They owe us $16,000 USD and they don't have the courtesy to respond to e-mails or my phone calls. In my 30+ years I've never ran into this situation where I've been ignored for payment requests unless the company was about to go bankrupt.
As of today the gloves are off and i'm calling their customers today to ask for our money. I have a very low opinion of Mode at this point, there's two or three sides to every story but bottom-feeders like Mode have nothing to say. The loads were picked up and delivered on time and damage free, yet these lowlifes don't pay or say why they aren't paying...........just silence. We are through giving Mode the benefit of the doubt, i'd advise everyone to steer clear of these deadbeats.

Which Mode office are you dealing with?
 
Just throwing it out there, could it be that they have paid you in US$ but your EFT/ACH information is not correct? We have been seeing troubles with RBC receiving ACH payments in US$ from US entities.
 
I regularly get payments that aren't mine credited to my US account. I used to followup so that the funds would be routed correctly.. but after a few rude exchanges I simply let it be, and sometimes the money stays with me.
 
I was trying to find an email which i received for "NON PAYING BROKERS LIST" but could not find to make sure. end up deleting i guess and i believe i saw this name on that list but can't confirm
