Yes and they are calling on all shipments they have done for brokers in last bit as they called one of mine after doing an ltl home for us to the client. They did not get the freight and will not get any more from us hit the DNU list for back solicitation.

This will be a common practice now. Then they will use the excuse the person was new who called.

This isn't new, they were notorious for it when I worked at my last company.

We would use them sparingly but 99% of the time, the customer was getting a phone call within 6 months of hauling the load.

They are on our DNU for this reason and they subscribe to the Driver Inc Model..
