We paid Medlog everything we owe them. This last $20K- now all of a sudden $36K is what is being disputed. You out of everyone should know why its being disputed because you are the one who brought us to this standoff. Adding extra charges to every invoice without approval and then saying "pay me or I know how to get my money". Threatening to reach out to the customers.
We have asked multiple times for a clear invoice for everything that is pending yet all we get is the same incorrect invoices with duplicate charges. Its easy to get your side of the story and get the BOTS and "Well Known Members" to piggy back on your word when they haven't dealt with us. But; when you try to sabotage our company and our reputation by posting only your side of the story; that's a cowardly move.

Rob and Jim; I'm sure you guys have all sorts of time to sabotage companies and drag their name through the mud. But, I would suggest to find a different hobby. Better yet; come work for us, surely it will pay more than what you make doing this.

Good for you I was thinking the poor guy was being screwed by another shall we say not so good of a broker that is well known in your area and has a bad habit on not only changing names but screwing folks on a regular basis. Hope you two get things worked out. PS your right never dealt with A&A as of yet.

Indu, I am sure if you look over many of my posts on this site you will see that I am far from those try to sabotage or drag a name through the mud. If my previous post above, of not being able to find any information on your company, is your opinion of dragging through the mud then you're completely wrong. I was merely stating that I could not find any indication that you were affiliated with other known companies whose name is mud.
Now that @Nawk has posted your MC number I can look you up. I see that you have a FMCSA authority for carrier only - not a broker and you received it in January 2022. You have no website at aatransportation.ca. You have no information out there and now you know why I posted that I cannot find any information.

If charges are valid and can be explained and proven - they must be paid. Carrier that hauled the freight has right to seek payment from anyone on bol if broker or carrier in between them and customer is stopping payment

Anyone work with them recently? Are they related to BDT Transport because one of their phone #s is the same as BDT?

Pretty confident it is a Double Broker scam at A&A. Been on our DNU for some time but yet they email on our postings everyday. They have updated there MCS 150 to try to appear as an actual carrier, 1 Mile operated, no inspections. I will let you all make your own decision here.

Had tons of emails from these guys/gals and same old same once i asked a few too many questions they don't respond. Lickily if you ask a few things tell them that the load can't be crossdocked and that images are taken at shipper and consignee. They come across like a double broker.

100% Crooks. I've paid a couple of carriers after paying A&A back 2023, and those carriers coming back to us or our customers to pay. Shame there is no protections against these rats.
