Hi Everyone,
Hellcat try to steal the load of military which was loaded with firearms. we loaded them 2 containers 20ft each out of Borden,on.
AKASH GUPTA is the owner of this company who really f** up every thing. They picked up the load for us on Thursday and didnt deliver it on Friday we called and email them 10,000 times no communication made to us. we thought there something fishy here. so we got tracked down the containers it was caledon,on.
second time we called and aske they said no its in Montreal pay us first then we will make the delivery.
we paid them still no delivery no answers because paying them is not a big deal the deal was our load which contains fire arms.
So we complaint to the police and open the report against them. And were unable to locate them because continuously they were changing the location of the trailers Finally we send 5 people and caught the driver who picked up the load. we took him that place where he dropped the trailer but there was no trailer. so we tracked the trailer again it shows the location on Nixon road highway 50.
finally we got the trailer from there after the Military and police came to check if there is anything missing or not but we had a luck nothing had happened to the trailer.
when i was in police station AKASH GUPTA called me and i asked him why dont you deliver the load tell me who is your owner you need to talk to the Sargent right now i m in station.
He said really you wanna play with me on Saturday night like that and disconnected the phone.
we took that laod from his trailer on saturday and delivered it same day on the port of contrecoure.
This Akash Gupta piece of shit doesn't even know if we hold this load for another hour there will be huge loss in government project and the ship which was waiting for the load will cost so much money to government and to us.
They have reported this carrier to ( carrier411/FMCS/LOADLINK.)
Because we have our report number and complaint against this company.

did they think the military would not track down firearms!!!!! that is just insane - am so glad this worked out for you in the end ...

I'm surprised at the complete disregard for repercussions some of the companies have. You'd think they would think twice before messing with a government load but I guess when it's that easy to close up shop and start under a new alias there isn't much to be worried about.

Canada doesn't have any strong law to make such companies to shut down and pay for the mistake that they did to us.

This case is an example of poor vetting after poor vetting. I certainly thought that the government required a higher level of due diligence from its suppliers, especially for a load of ammunition. If I was the broker who arranged this disaster, I would be expecting some serious repercussions coming my way. Regardless of the stunts and service failures on the part of the carrier, the broker who hired this clown show is ultimately responsible. Sorry to say, but the buck stops with the person who made the poor choice of carrier.
Seems like a weird and silly story with holes everywhere......why would YOU ( no offence ) be contracted to haul ammunition for the military ....and then hire some company that wasn't properly vetted.....hmmm.

I always thought that live ammo loads for the military were covertly followed from pickup to delivery point???

I know of a friend of a friend and he said the military has their own drivers that haul these and so not follow HOS ... so they don't contract such loads - esp ammunitions ...

There are just so many things wrong with this whole fiasco. Where to begin? Was Hellcat the only carrier available? Did the broker have a history of previous satisfactory service with Hellcat, or were they the only ones that would do it at the price? If this was the first time using Hellcat, how did their references check out? Knowing that this load was a Ministry of Defence shipment with a critical delivery date, why in heavens name give it to an unknown, unfamiliar, seemingly unvetted supplier? If indeed the carrier was attempting to steal the shipment as you suggest, that could make you and your firm co-conspirators in the possible crime. Wow, so many lessons to be learned from this one!
Just to add as other have. How the hell did you end up with a military load to broker out?

yes paid because there payment wasn't issue for us issue was to deliver the HAZMAT load on time which was suppose to deliver on Friday 8:00m but it was delivered by us on Sunday night.
carrier is Ridiculous i will rip a part of them now. they wont get away with that.
