You would think with questionable driving ability and so many collisions in ON - why would they want to allow this .... I understand that 4 more skids maybe a huge gain when hauling toilet paper ... I however err on the side of caution

if they allow the 407 for carriers (assuming a deal is made) then it would make 60 more viable.
