Just wanted to give people a heads up with Cheetah Carrier double brokering orders. They are asset based, I've personally driven by one of their assets before however we've given them 11 cross border loads all of which they've double brokered. Unfortunately for them, some of the carriers they brokered to work with us quite frequently and let us know. No broker authority or surety bond. Figured I'd let others know incase they try to get cute and run. 90 day payment terms according to their load sheet which is laughable.

I cancelled a load on them yesterday. They posted a load of metal scraps from Tracy, QC > Ridgeway, PA.

They refused to send their info then wanted them to clear the load under their PAPS. I refused as they were newer company with no references. On my DNU

Yes that's also a requirement on their load sheet. They are now on ours as well.
 
After a month of being without FMCSA carrier authorities they have been able to get them reinstated.
