Sabby's Transport - Delta, BC

Hi LrgCar, I would have agreed with you until recently but I had an OTR load sent intermodal

This was Sabby's Transport and not STI Transport

Sabbys and STI are the same to my knowledge. Same phone numbers and all. please verify if needed as I don't want to spread any false info. We haven't used them for long-haul freight in over 6 months but use them occasionally for storage and local 5-ton delivery in the lower mainland.
 
STI does stand for Sabby's Transport. I have dealt with them a long time.

STI is owned by the father, Mak -- his sons, Sabby and Raj worked there for a long time. In late 2021 (?) Sabby went out on his own and started Sabby's Transport. At that time Sabby was still working out of the STI office in Delta. Raj also departed STI but I dont know where he is now.

I might have some of the details wrong on what happened as I'm just looking from the outside in but STI Transport Inc. and Sabby's Transport Incorporated are two different companies.

I have the issue with Sabby, not STI

STI does not do long haul that I'm aware of and I use them for WA / BC lanes and some local, I will agree with LrgCar's comments on STI being good people.

For me, STI was Sabby and Raj so it is easy to mix up the two companies and I tried to support Sabby in his new company.

Thanks for the clarification I did not know that they split, I will keep that in mind.
 
They double brokered a load. We are being cautious and will try them out one more time (after they are out of the penalty box).
 
Sabby also put one of my OTR loads on the rail and was less than professional in dealing with the Ops team.

I have known Sabby a long time so I also put them in the penalty box for a while but not on the DNU.
