snow. freezing rain, rain. then freezing rain and in the Southern Ontario area they are talking about 10CM

Looking at about 10 cm over night, some wind and reduced to 'some freezing rain'. Sounds like another day where you'll be just fine as long as you don't drive like an asshole. Truckers generally do ok out here if they've driven on snow before.
Good thing the daily commute is currently 5.5 minutes. I'll plan for 7 and all will be ok.

TBH like @MikeJr mentioned if the drivers have driven in Canada before they are adept to these conditions. My biggest issue is with yard management....Its crazy how hard it is to get good help for clearing snow. Our landlords been struggling with his snow-removal guy, we'ev had our trucks stuck multiple times just getting in and out of our yards. Only to then go to a pick up or delivery and see yards in a bigger mess than ours....

Ended up getting less than a foot of snow and no freezing rain in the north. I was 2 minutes late for work but I'm the boss so I guess that's ok...
