ANY ADVICE WHAT WE CAN DO IN THIS SCENARIO.
 
Sounds like it is time to call the shipper and receiver to see who was responsible for the freight charges.

They are well known for this.. i got my $600 after 180 days ..

Please provide the legal name / address / phone numbers and USDOT number if you have it. It is always best to ensure that when you put out a notice of non-payment we all know exactly which company we're dealing with.

@ trans emerge from Mississauga / Cambridge. we hauled for them in JUNE 2022. we manage to get our cheque in decemeber 2022 which bounced back due to insufficient funds. we are still trying to get our payment. AVOID THIS COMPANY
 
Pay a visit to their hidden office at 1 gateway blvd ( service Ontario building). very rude and unprofessional people.
