Any one have any experiences, good or bad, with Elite Fleet in Moncton, NB? They are a division of of Eassons Transport in Moncton, NB.

Sorry packrat.. I've just seen this post. Used them on one load - they were 24 hours late and lied to us all the way through. I personally will never use them again

Thanks Faey, wasn't too late for me. I had a choice between them and another carrier I spent the extra 150 and sent it reliably...
 
We did end up giving them the load and they Picked and Delivered as they said they would. So our move went well. Thanks for the update though.
 
We sold a load to Elite - billed by Easson's (which is okay since they are a division) - surprise surprise the pars sticker is a completely different company - just made our DNU.
 
We used them one more time after the first load went well. Second was the exact opposite. Hot load was picked up on a Thursday/Friday and needed to deliver Monday morning. Load confirmation was sent with all the particulars and was signed off by them. Shipment was delivered one or two days late. The reason given was that operations crossdocked the shipment, loaded with couple other shipments and re-routed it to accomodate the other freight. The kicker? They still wanted the expedite rate even though it delivered late and felt they deserved it! Last shipment we gave them. It was my feeling after this one that they knew the shipment was going to be delivered on the Tuesday/Wednesday but took the freight anyway.

I find them mostly reasonible to work with, have had a few issues with communication but nothing as described below. I only ever book full tl with them nothing super hot though that may be the difference...
 
It's the same group that owns Eissner's and Totalline, so as far as PARS goes, that may be what you're talking about. I can't see them double-brokering but I've been wrong before.
 
Our load was a ftl right into our facility and they still had no problem double brokering.
 
really very bad experience with ELITE FLEET :(... we gave them a load with loaded trailer by agreeing to return it back in 1 week.. Toronto to moncton NB
firstly they delivered load late by 1 day.. and they return our trailer after 2 month (8 weeks)..
really bad experience ever in business... i did DNU :mad:
also they drop trailer without any prior information....
 
Hello , we will use again. Picked up 2/2 load on agreed dates. 1 is delivered and the other will deliver tomorrow.

Communication is spoty but lets just attribute that to their large fleet and the time difference :)
