we moved a load for BDS international guy name Bikram. now invoice is 150 days old and they are not answering calls or replying back. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS
Typically, the factoring company has already advanced money to the carrier upon delivery of the load, so if you pay the factor, they simply recover the money they already advanced. If you don't want to pay the factor you should tell your client at the outset so they know not to factor the load.They use JD Factors, so what happens when you pay the factoring company, are they on the hook to pay the carrier who did the load?

Tried them for a load on Fri and they were a no show with no call or email to advise. I suspected as much when the Carrier Pkg had 3 diff BC addresses and a phone # for ON.
i heard they going to bankrupt, there property on fore closure sale
