Hello,

Anyone have info on this carrier. We used to use them quite regularly and tendered them a load last week. Once loaded it's become a nightmare.
They have not delivered our load. They stopped answer emails and phone calls. Any leads on them and where my freights would be greatly appreciated

I was offered some of their reposed trailers from their finance company the other day. Would watch it with them

I see that their US authorities have been revoked about a month ago.

Do not use list.
took 2 weeks to deliver a FTL - GTA to GA
Heard every excuse from A to Z
-truck broke down
-brought driver home
-send new driver down
-late to receiver
-never answers emails, never answers call. Left hand doesn't know what the right is doing

Not sure if clear enough.... stay away

Anyone close enough to their yard to see if there is still activity going on? We've been calling for a week and they are dodging all means of communication.

Tks

Same issue here, took 2 loads, about 2 weeks ago and disappeared.
I'll put this out there in case.... If anyone has a load that was given to them by SIM delivering to Nicolet QC, please contact me.
Thank you

I posted about these guys in early November...they stole a load bound for Oklahoma and gave us 10 different excuses... it's gone now...police won't do anything and we are stuck with a claim.

Another reason why shippers should create a procedure to document the carrier name and license plate of who picked up the load. It would be hard for a carrier xyz's insurance to refute the fact that carrier xyz picked up the freight from the shipper and it never delivered.

We have pictures of Sim Freight truck loading shipment. They will not deliver. Police say it's a civil matter. Not sure what more we can do.
