Stay away from this guy, he is literally planning to drop everything and run. Did three loads for him, it was clearly mentioned on the load confirmation that email the POD's for payment. 3 months later the guy is refusing to pay saying he needs original, even though I found out that he double brokered the loads and he already got paid from the customer on the emailed POD's that I sent. I am telling him that I no longer have the originals as I discarded them once I had confirmation from his accounting girl that they received it, but still he is refusing to pay. Sent his account to collections.

They did the exactly same things, after 3 months they asked for the original POD..etc after 8 months we just got pay Thanks to loadlink. We complain to Loadlink, I believed there was other complaints as well. they told them we are going to kick you out, magicly same day they issued the cheque KEEP AWAY FROM DROP AND RUN..when you see the their name just RUN as far as you can

Definitely agree.
The trucking side took a load on a Friday afternoon and the dispatcher decided to circumvent the system to move a driver with the load without getting authorization from the accounting department.

Now that the goods are delivered, Drop and Run is asking us to "mail the original POD", which seems unusual.

Good thing it went B2B so I have the shipper and receiver information # numbers to call just in case.
