Any recent service feedback re: Koala Transport
Dispatcher is Laxman, who used to be at Pro Del.
Says he is the owner of this firm.
I recall seeing negative feedback about him.

We have used them 5 times in the last 30 days, all picked up and delivered on time, no issues to note. Dealing with Laxman, good communication so far. It's all been fairly local work (within GTA-Ottawa).
 
Ive always wondered what the deal with Laxman was. Prodel, ORNG - and now koala. Always the owner of some firm.... strange .. but not necessarily nefarious?

He also owns Belle Cayenne lol I've worked with all the companies though and never had any issues with the service.

Laxman has been good with us too, just have to stay on him with updates. Didn't know he was already onto another venture... I thought it was strange when he contacted me about Belle Cayenne. But he has only done small moves around the GTA for us as well.
 
Nothing nefarious about belle cayenne company. Saw belle cayenne tri axle this morning being pulled by ayr motor
 
I use Lax on a weekly basis for some of my lanes, have never had an issue with him or his communication. Picks up on time, delivers on time, and if something does go awry he's pretty pro-active in communicating.
 
re: Belle Cayenne, had two pretty bad service failures. Really poor communication. Lets us know at the last minute and way too late about issues.
 
I don't know if this is the same Koala Transport because the thread had no other identifiers like an address or phone number. Here is one Koala Transport Inc, that had their authorities revoked by the FMCSA lately.

oh boy - we have a claim with him currently from August, he's been promising a chq since September and using every excuse in the book.
