Looking for current payment trends on the above noted company. Any information would be appreciated.

Just a heads up for you all. Xtreme Int'l gave us a load which we did without incident. Called for payment at 45 days. We were told payment was to 'the wrong address' (no explanation of where or why) but a new cheque would be issued the following week. Invoice now at 90 days. No replies from them at all. We told them we would be billing the shipper, but they couldn't care less. Stay away unless you want to work for free.
 
We did one load with them back in the Spring. It was a large amount and I was 'unsure' regarding their credit worthiness so I made an agreeable arrangement of a cheque within 10 days. I did have to chase a few times - but Martine in AP did communicate very well via email. Have you tried her - martine@xtremeinternational.ca or Tommy -
tommy@xtremeinternational.ca. Martin Belanger is the owner - get him involved. Unless they've completely turned into one of those "useless outfits" - I can't see them not caring about you getting the shipper involved.

Try Martine and/or Tommy and then Martin. Thanks for posting & give us a follow up.

Hey Boss,

Pretty old thread here, but wondering how things worked out for you with Xtreme International in the end...

I was just asked to check them out as we are considering taking a load from them.

Any other recent payment info on this company would be appreciated if any other members have done work for them.

8 invoices this year were paid anywhere from 25-54 days...most of which were 35-45 days.

We did get paid. One of the owners called me back to 'explain' the delay...probably after seeing the post. We haven't worked with them since, not sure whether we've turned down their offers or just didn't match up. But we're clean and clear on our end.
Keep a tight leash and give them a try
Cant blacklist everyone over one bad experience (if you get paid of course after that experience ;)
