Moved 2 shipments for them this year, took 110 days to pay after numerous calls and emails.

Things are not looking good. Now pay terms are 75 days , unresponsive.

We are also struggling to get paid by them.

Next time this happens, at 60 days, I'd be calling the shipper and receiver and informing them about the unpaid bill, and the potential of them having to foot the bill for the transportation. Plenty of legal precedent can be found online with a quick search.

yep, this company shut down already and is now running under a new MC.... same old story...

In person visit maybe otherwise you are up a creek without a paddle at this point. Your receivable is from a company that is bankrupt, technically if you weren't listed as a secured creditor, your getting nothing from old corporation.

Maybe have a transportation centric paralegal send a demand letter to the shipper and receiver?
