Received an Invoice and POD from factoring for a load contracted to Woodland Hauling, with Nord-Deck's info all over the invoice. When questioned about it AP from Nord-Deck sent us a revised invoice now showing the carrier as Woodland Hauling, same Invoice number and details. Woodland claimed the factoring company messed this up, but we got the revision from another carrier.
Please be aware you will be getting the same "professional" service from Woodland Hauling as you would have been from Nord Deck as they are one in the same, but claim absolutely no relation when pressed.
Insult to Injury
Moments later at 350pm today Woodland decided to tell us they weren't making it for a pick in Hamilton (which they kept calling Burlington for some reason) that delivered next day by crane apt. This is however after I had to call them from my cell to get them to tell me what was going on as they dodged our calls and emails for a solid hour first.
