Yes we are having troubles also. On our do not use list.

We have them as 109 days to pay. They are on Hold. Good luck trying to get them on the phone.

Anyone having any luck getting ahold of these guys ? Looks like the customer Legacy Fitness screens calls as well.

Randy has stopped paying us and we have registered a complaint with the Link.

Randy is now saying his freight was delivered damaged and also says he called our office to notify us of this but we only have six people working here and no one spoke to him. Bill of lading is signed received in good order. The only way I could get ahold of him was through email after I contacted his customer who refuses to pay as well. They must be buddies.

Registered letter

Send a registered letter to both him and the client.
Make sure the clients copy goes to management other than the freight dept.
His buddy may be the traffic manager only, once higher level bosses find out something is amiss , they will make sure it is rectified quickly.

If his buddy is the owner, than simply go the small claims court route.
