Very large rail consolidator between ON, QC and Western Canada. Also related to Apex Express. Used to be owned by Reimer Express/Roadway but not sure if that is still the case.

I beleive that WCE was always a separate entity from Reimer Express Lines and held separately by the Reimer Family. I don't think WCE was sold to Roadway along with Reimer or that Roadway ever owned them.
