We talked to the Insurance Company ELL- A-KAN Insurance Ltd. ---- Manik Dod
Manik confirmed that this company is Fake! And they do not have insurance. And their policy has been revoked, and their claims person is already dealing with a garbage bag full of messages and claims already. October 18, 2023 was the start date of their insurance..


This company WESTBC TRANS emailed us off a posting we have on loadlink, but I can't find them on loadlink. Loadlink confirmed that they are not a member.. so how did they get our load details?? Someone is giving them the details.. SCAMMERS!!

And his MC Number is 30 Days old but shows as not authorized..
He is calling about an Ontario to Ontario Load.. ???
Business addresses are all in Alberta but with a BC Name.. ??
And has 3 different addresses on 3 different documents. None are an actual proper address for this company..

MC Number is not authorized, but sent us a MC Number document...
Safety Certificate is expired..

Spelled his own name wrong.. Spelled coordinator wrong... See below signature...

WestBC is another Kuldeep Otal company! We flushed him out with an email to his company Omni Trans that we had massive issues with a couple months prior. WestBC responded to the email. A few emails later we had Kuldeep on the phone losing his mind with every threat under the sun. At that time they had valid insurance and A-KAN was unaware of the affiliation to Kuldeep.
