Weekly LTL move PA to London ON - Haz

I need some help with a weekly LTL move from PA to London, Ont.
Here's the complications:

a) it's Haz
b) it's ready to ship only on Thursday/friday every week
c) it HAS to deliver monday.

Ideally, a London based LTL haz carrier would work.

Does anyone have any ideas for me?
