I know this has been discussed many times in the past on the quality of websites, but this is a 1st for me.

The website of the carrier actually looked pretty professionally done until I decided to dig a bit further on their "testimonials". They aren't actually testimonials from customers of theirs, instead they're inspirational quotes.

Red flag? Not that I'd ever use them at all. Fortunately (or unfortunately) I have enough companies trying to get in and move freight for me I can be picky.

inspirational quotes - gotta give em points for trying - love it

Sounds like someone downloaded a wordpress template and didn't update the text... at least they got a domain though! Call me old fashioned, but I actually like knowing that a carrier is willing to spend ($x/Month) to yknow... not use a gmail account and actually care about their online presence/brand. But like @tasuinam said, points for trying.
