suggestion

Some sort of "alert" that you can sign up for. For example if your company name shows up in a post you get a private message with a link to it.

I would certainly like to address any negative coments about my company if they happen to come up.

what about an alphabetical listing of bad payers so you can look through quickly if you want to check on someone rather than trying to sort through all of the posts

What about a section HWY closures etc, accidents, weather etc. Possible delays due to..etc. Helps us carriers avoid these areas and also Brokers can see if there is closures etc. close to there freight they can possible let there customer and carrier know.
