We are a logistics company based in Manitoba and have been "asking" all our carriers for a clearance letter for WCB to be incorporated in their profile package on set up. In conversation with the Manitoba WCB, they say that every carrier should be set up with AAP, Alternative Assessment Procedure for interjurisdictional trucking separately.
2 questions:
1 - Do we actually need clearance letters from every different provincial WBC?
2 - What happens if we don't?
