ohh wow... that's not a small deal at all, gonna have to look online for more details... I didn't know CAT had that strong of a financial position in the market to acquire Warren Gibson.

Wow. And they're a solid dedicated transport company. I'm sure they did very well. I think a lot of the other ones may have been bargains. I guess Titanium isn't the only one ... or maybe they don't have the cash on hand at the moment. I know they won't borrow, Ted is a smart guy.

Capital Southern has been on their own for 8 years i believe. I know they are not a partner of CAT anymore

Alot of those acquired companies fit in perfectly with Canadian tire ltl 6-13 skids 13-30,000lbs in the south west usa inbound to west and central Canada. I am almost certain that is their main account since they are right next door.
