could these two been one and same or working together?

demand transport doesn't have valid insurance...

rumor has it that kbt provides leads off the link to demand who happens to have no insurance and is no longer on the link and who happened to get a load from someone i know and falsified their insurance coverage date to get it....and then the load went missing... it did show up three days late and with a different seal on it than the one the shipper put on it....

So there is something I don't understand here. Can someone help me out. How does one falsify their insurance exactly. Are you accepting insurance information from the carrier direct??? One good way to make sure that a carrier has valid insurance and know what the policy limits are is to call the insurance broker of record, and obtain a certificate of insurance naming your organization as a certificate holder!! If they can't provide you that info i.e. insurance broker name, and contact info....policy number, etc etc
shame on you for giving them freight to begin with??? You know those insurance certificates coming directly from the carrier, the generic ones with the "To Whom It May Concern" that normally come with the authorities....if that is what you are accepting (which can be falsified I guess) then shame on you. A certificate coming from a broker or an insurance company cannot be falsified....and if they are (which I doubt), YOU HAVE DONE YOUR DUE DILIGENCE PEOPLE. We are talking 'TRANSPORTATION -101" here people. GET WITH THE PROGRAM:

Thanks Xwest for the info, great getting that heads up.
Marc and Cleo, why don't you not bother even coming on the site, you posted twice on here today and I don't think anyone here would miss your postings, go back to your business and good luck!

I recently had a colleague visit KBT in Brampton. The owners find it very hard to speak english and hanging on the wall in their office is a large scale picture of the twin towers. Not that I am insinuating anything!

Exactly

Hey Dereks Diva
The nature of your comments is exactly the reason I don't come to this site that often. I am taking care of business, and luck has absolutely nothing to do with it. It's hard work, and knowing my business....my post merely states the bare facts on how the 25+ years experience have taught me the proper procedures of the industry that I am involved with.

Mark & cleo your 25+ years have taught you well but also molded you into a jackass.
