Non paying freight broker????

Please folks, pay attention to the Forums where you post your requests for information. This didn't belong in Report a Non Paying Freight Broker, and it's not fair to the company who's mentioned.

I agree they may not be a 'Non Paying Freight Broker' at the moment, but for those who have been around a while, VTL went through a $10 million bankruptcy a few years ago and took a lot of carriers for a ride...now they're back with 'better than ever cash flow'. I wouldn't let my receivables from these guys get too high, they run their operation today in the same way before they went under.
