Has anyone dealt or is dealing with him...guy has 6 numbered companies and we did a load for them in MAY/JUNE and they have disappeared and not paid us, we complained to LOADLINK and they have had multiple complaints I have heard from them... Loadlink has failed to remove this carrier and they are still on the LINK ( ACTIVE)

DNU!!!!

Please let me know if you know how I can track this company down
 
Uh Oh!

They were involved in our infamous mess of a load last year that kept this website hopping for weeks :)

See pic below from our disaster. They did the return load apparently to our customer on this end. Maybe it will help you track them down.

Though I fear you are likely not going to get anywhere here.

We did a load for them back November and found out it was double brokered, and the broker paid VIJ and VIJ hasn't paid us. Their Authorities (MC number) have been revoked as of Jan 19, 2024. I am still in contact with them trying to get payment. I too contacted Loadlink and filed a complaint and of course they have not responded. I will continue to try and collect funds from VIJ and if unsuccessful, I will contact Loadlink for reimbursement.

LL wont pay you a penny, not there fault as the end of the day, call the shipper and receiver for payment and take it to collections.... they will pay you ... Chasing people =lies and frustration..

On March 1st, 2023 - I reported them to Load Link as a 1 truck (at most) operation, posting dozens of lanes and one of the many carriers/companies involved in the scam that we could not extract ourselves from. The fact that they were still on Link 6 months later is mind-boggling to me.

They tell you three complaints and they get kicked off... unless they stop paying Link or people call in screaming they will remain on the program.

They called us back today as apparently loadlink has shut them off until they pay...They tell us their 6 trucks can't move, trying to beg us to tell loadlink to turn them back on LOL. We will not do anything until the full amount is safe in our account.

They are also telling us that it is our fault that they can't make money LOL...This guy has 3 other MC #'S as well, beware , a crook is a crook is a crook

Can you please share the MC's for the other companies and the names of the other numbered companies?

Nice work getting them kicked off Loadlink

Freighter8. Keep after them. Don't assume that because they are blocked on loadlink, you will get payment. That could have well been the last nail in their coffin. Get over to their place of business asap and get payment, or do something right away.

Last I was told by Load Link, they are cancelling his account will be shut off permanently. He claims he paid us and send us a copy of the EFT from the BMO, but after 6 business days the money is still not in our account. Calling BMO tomorrow.

Load Link received our complaint over 2 months ago and they are finally shutting him down but I had to hound them everyday about this guy. We are being more vigilante in checking people like this out, especially for companies out of the GTA. Search his company and you will see all the other companies registered to the same address. Load Link has all that information as well and told me he will never get an account under any of those corporations.
 
Fenchurch renewed/extended their insurance policy, so their FMCSA authorities are still valid. I'm not a big fan of Fenchurch as I find that most of their policy holders seem to be the ones that I see most often with issues.

So in the latest, I am going down the the BMO today with the EFT he sent to find out if this is fraud. We never got paid. After calling BMO head office, being on the phone for an hour, they told me to call a branch, so called 3 branches, left messages as no one answers the phone and no one calls back. It seems like BMO is not interested in their logo on a EFT payment that was never sent and never received, which I thought the whole thing was BS to begin with. I knew he was not going to pay and wanted us to drop our complaint to load link and even made veiled threats. That is about all one can do.
