Maybe I am having a different experience because I am dealing with a different dispatcher? Booked a wide load at 0800am for morning apt pickup. they call me back to cancel, driver doesn't have tarps. No problem fair mistake, even though I said it 3 times and it's all over my load confirmation, people are busy, driver wrecked the tarps on the way down bla bla I get it. She calls back half hour later, driver wants the load will by throw away tarps, okay I am also cool with that. 3 Hours after her apt time cannot reach Alexandra, and I get "the driver decided the load didn't pay enough to buy tarps, it's been so busy I didn't have time to tell you" email. I have a bunch of these loads and my customer doesn't care if I lost the truck today, but seriously? Should have dealt with Danny...
